20" Replica Wheels Style #168 from Eurotech VS Wheels and Caps

First of all, I want to thank mods of this forum. Great source of information for BMW owners. Well done!!!

After Googling and reading for 2 days now, I finally know what I want when it comes to wheels and tiers. From what i've been reading, the best price performance is to go with replica 20" Staggered wheels (9.5F/10.5R) and Toyo Proxes S/T tires 275/40/20 (front), 315/35/20 (rear). I found two sources on Ebay who can sell me the wheels that I want. Both suppliers seem to be well rated but there is difference in price for visually the same wheels. I will buy from one of these suppliers, but need your help to decide where to go and why.

Eurotech wheels made in California $945 + $200 Shipping

Wheels and Caps wheels made in Italy $799 + $100 Shipping

I'm sure 20" wheels and wide tires is one of the major subjects when it comes to X5 and I hope to see your feedbacks here. Thanks.

I'm driving 2003 X5 3.0i, it is at 72,000KM now and still with original OEM Michelin Energy 235/65/R17 MXV4 Plus tires. Tire thread at 3/32 (time to change).

Not sure of either as never dealt with them. Did you check Lakeshore? I have bought from them and there wheels are made in Italy. Excellent packing and shipping.

I purchased a set from Eurotech and am happy with them. I think I paid a slightly higher price too. Another member here purchased a set from them and were slightly bent, but they replaced them.

Don't know anything about the other vendor. I think last time I checked, Lakeshore was at a much higher price. But that might have changed with more competition.

I pourchased the 4.8 replicas from Eurotech and I couldn't be happier. The other company might be cheaper but you get what you pay for

i purchased a set from eurotech and i must say, i couldn't be happier.
i had to return two rims since UPS damaged them in shipping. (then i had to wait an ungodly amount of time for the new pair....back order.)

however, even with all of that, i am truly happy!

What's included in the wheels accessory pack? I didn't anything extra, used my original lugs, and everything was fine.
