I'm in the same boat - Dimaris have 30K on them, with quite a bit of treadlife left, but the noise is an issue. I just ordered a set of Michelin Latitude Tour HP's, and should have them installed next week. I'll report back... I went from Dimaris to Pirelli Scorpion Zero Asimmetricos on my prior X5 w/staggered 19's and the Pirelli's were great with one exception -- they would flat-spot, overnight in some cases. It bugged the hell out of me. They were fine after about 10 minutes of driving, but quality tires should not do that...

I am looking forward to hearing what you guys have to say. I have 14K miles on my 4.8is and the noise is horrid in my opinion but moreso when I am slowing down (coming to a stop at a light) or at low speeds. Highway speeds it doesn't really bother me when travelling at 75mph+.

I am thinking about switching to the Adven ST probably before years end.
