Umm of course I have. Not too easy to find amongst their categories. If only they thought of adding a search box.

Not an easy beast to find is it!! I have found only one reference to the Hybrid Video Module and that is a part of a Retrofit kit, which you don't want. However it just could be the last entry under Item 8 here:

RealOEM.com * BMW E53 X5 3.0d NAVIGATION SYSTEM/VIDEO MODULE

Digital receivers were installed from Sept 2004 so this one should be a Hybrid, and it's the only one now in production. Probably around £900 new :yikes:
