Carbon black is almost impossible to show in pictures. You seriously need to see the color in person.

Very true! things would be alot easier if the dealer had a fleet of x5m s in the various colors to choose from. Pictures really dont do the cars justice let a lone the colors! The montecarlo blue "blue":D me away at the dealer yesterday, but pictures not as much:dunno:

It should be easy to find a model in Carbon. It doesn't have to be an X5///M, just check out the color. My dealer always has something in Carbon on the floor.

True. Several dealers have E60 5-series in carbon black on stock.

Alright then. That was that. I went with silverstone with black and carbon trim. Full merino perf leather but without ventilation and everything else except roof rails and rear entertainment.

The wait begins! Sales guy said 5 weeks as of today, but I bet it'll take 7. :D:thumbup:

Yeah!! Congrats. We need pictures when it comes in. And it is a rule of the forum that you let each one of us take it for a drive... without you in in it.

Silverstone would be my choice if I had to do it over again.... Nice choice... though you could not have gone wrong with Space Gray either..
