Thanks to the great information from Trips. 15mm H&R spacers up front and 15mm Rogue spacer in back. With the stock wheels, you could do an 18mm in the rear. But when I put my summer 215 wheels on, they stick out. With the 15mm it is perfect. I will order the springs from IND next week.
1st pic is 215 on front without spacer. 2nd pic is 215 on front with spacer 3rd pic is 215 on rear without spacer 4th pic is 215 on rear with spacer 5th pic is standard wheel on rear with spacer 6th pic is standard wheel on rear without spacer Sorry I did not take them in exactly the same place. I was freezing. |
Awesome Marc! Let's see some pics with the 215s!!!!

Here are the pictures with the 215 summer tires on. I just could not wait any more. I really hope it does not snow again.
The rear tires are much wider in real life that the picture gives it credit. This is with a 15 mm spacer. You can see the rear 215 with the spacer is right at the end of the wheel arch. |
Cool! Is the difference worth the time and effort? Hmm...
Also, what did you do with the OEM wheels? I want to get the X6M wheels on my X5M, but would have to buy them..bah |
Looks awesome. Lol if those pics don't do justice to the width of your rear tires then they must look lamborghini wide in person:rofl: I like your taste in removing the rear badges, looks much cleaner that way.
