Side Turn Signals
 

I want to swap out the bulbs in my side turn signals with some "stealth" type bulbs. Looking at RealOEM, it looks like the assembly just pulls straight out - is that the case?

I assume you're talking about the turn signals on the side of the X, not on the front headlights. If this is the case, you its every easy to swap the bulbs; just push them forward and they should pop right off. No need for any tools which will just scrape your paint.

which bubls are you looking to swap them with?? post a link if you can.. im interested too!! as well as the front and rear... mysticblue did his nicelly with the bimmian ones..

Stealth bulbs
 

There is a company called Stealth, www.stealthauto.com. I did my sidemarkers and rear turn bulbs. the bulb has a silver coating, but flashes amber. Sweet look

I hadn't gotten to the point of specific brands yet, but mguhler's website seems like a good way to go!

Ended up ordering a set from Bimmian:

$25/set + S/H. I also ordered a set for the front signals. Now all I've got to do is cook the lights, take out the orange reflectors, and add the DDE's!:thumbup:
