Yeah, a few. :rolleyes: Couple broken ribs, lacerations, muscle tears in shoulder and back. Biggest thing was 7 broken bones in one foot. The brake pedal slammed sideways, pinning my foot (happened so fast, my foot was still on the gas) against the tranny tunnel. Permanent issues with the foot. :( However, I am alive, working, and loving life. Most definitely would have been infinitely worse if had not been wearing the seatbelt.

Aughhh, no more 120mph then.:(

As much as I dislike Mercedez driving characteristics, I think it's also safe to say that you injuries would have been several orders worse if you had not been in a German/Swedish vehicle. Anyway, good thing you're okay :) .

Hi, Again,

The story goes that he was at the pub in a mining town and was celebrating the birth of his child. Left when the pub shut, and was very hammered. Drove out of town and was going along a straight doing 150km/h and tried to take a 50km/h corner. Stated that he reefed the wheel on and as good as electronic aids are it went into a slide, first one way then the other.

He will not claim it on insurance as it was a small town and it would'nt take an investigator long to find out the details. I think the local cop felt sorry for him and didn't book him for DUI either.

All the wheels ar stuffed. As far as the headlights go they have broken plastic pieces on the tops of them. I think you would need new housings.

Busy now but i will try that other progarm tonight to see I I can post bigger better pics.

I don't mean to sound heartless or cavalier, but one of us has to come out and say it....he was drunk, speeding, driving recklessly and not wearing his seatbelt. How surprised should he be that he got injured and his vehicle demolished? :captainob

He should thank BMW, God and/or whatever diety he prefers that he is alive.
