estoril blue 4.6is
 

Hello guys I purchased a 2003 estoril blue 4.6is. I have it exactly a week yesterday and I new that estoril blue was some what of a rare color.

Im trying to find out how many 2003 estoril blue 4.6is with Alcantara inserted seats with all options were produced. I found a thread about production numbers but nothing about color options etc.

Any info or any idea of how many would be awesome!!

Not terribly rare given the already small numbers for the 4.6is (~3,500 units). Estoril was the only blue offered from 2001 (only 7 total that year) through early 2004. I do like Estoril though. My friend has one exactly like yours.

Now, if you snagged an Estoril 4.8is, you'd have yourself one of a few a unicorns.

so there was only 7 estoril blue 4.6is made in 03???

naw, mang- there was only 7 4.6is X5's made in 2001. But they were probably all Estoril as BMW was wanting to show them off- and (I think) Estoril is the best color for the 4.6is. :D

BEAUTIFUL, I can always appreciate me another estoril!! :thumbup::thumbup: Those Depo headlights make a world of a difference to the front end of the pre-facelift X's...

Don't know any production numbers, but I enjoy mine daily, just because I love it for what it is... :D

First time I've seen black grills on an estoril, goes well with all the black trim...

Just to satisfy my curiosity, do you have service records for it? Did you buy it off of an enthusiast? How does the engine sound?
