This is their email address [email protected] and it's the one listed on their website. I've dealt with them many times, most recently a couple of months ago when I lost the plastic screw hole covers of my eonon (actually vacuumed it accidentally) and Alice sent 4 of them for free (I needed only 1). I would recommend using their live chat whose link I pasted in a previous post here. At least try and report back. |
