Interesting. Reason why i said 9 inchers was because the concave was missing, but it didnt feel 100% right cause the sidewalls would be really "fat" with a 315 on a 9" and they werent. Guess the 10.5 reps were made without the actual concave design of OE.

Seems so. I'd like to do some measuring to see if the wheels sits in the same location as OE's, or not. I'd be interested in seeing how much concave somebody else's reps have, that have BWM stamped on them. These aren't stamped BMW or BWM, inside or out.

1. With all these '87's lying around could you get them on a scale for weight measurements?

Sure. I'll have to unmount some tires, as most all of the wheels have tires on them. You want the weight difference between OE and reps?

2. Wow the reps have a huge difference in look / concave-ness. Would they would clear Brembo calipers??

Interesting. I'll have to do some measuring to see what the difference is in clearance. I'll throw up a pic of the inside, eventually. They're molded a bit different than OE wheels where they come against the hub face.

3. Looking forward to see this complete with OEM 10.5" wheels and flares on. ;)
P.S. In case you decide to get brakes down the road, the OEM spoke comes millimeters from the caliper, here's a pic FWIW:

As am I! Just LOVE all of your pics!! They're what made me decide to go square... Now quit posting pics of your big-ass brakes. I'm out of money, lol...
Thanks for all the love, everybody. This look makes me love my IS all the more...
Now I'm trying to decide, should I sell all my extra wheels, OE and reps, and buy some aftermarket, or roll like this for awhile?? :dunno: I do love this look...
