Yes you have to get the coding done to eliminate the daytime running light

I don't know why you have check low beam though, you wouldn't have it if you had xenons from the factory i dont believe - I'm assuming you have error cancellers on them since you have halogens equipped originally?

Yup halogens from the factory. The description reads as follows;

A: Uses D2S/D2C size Xenon Bulbs, please look auction description to see what is and what is NOT included
B: Comes with Auto-Leveling motor, direct plug and play
C: Remote-On feature relay wiring harness for the Angel Eye Halo system will be included and pre-wired
D: ERROR FREE UHP LED Angel Eye halo system has been pre-installed and pre-wired with durable relay wire harness and it comes with add-on remote feature. Remote feature will automatically dim the rings when you enter or leave the vehicle. Unlocking the vehicle will emit a "fade in" and will fade out when the vehicle is locked
E: This set of headlight includes:
x2 New Projector Angel Eyes Headlight (Left + Right)
x2 New D2S/D2C Xenon HID bulbs for Low Beam
x2 New Xenon HID Ballasts for Low Beam + Wiring
x2 New Halogen bulbs for High Beam
x2 Chrome Amber Bulbs for the Corner Signal Lights
x4 UHP LED Angel Eyes Halo Rings system pre-installed
x1 Remote-On Relay Wire harness for Angel Eye System pre-wired"

I'll try my hand at coding to see if the "check low beam" message will go away along with the DRL.

Update- it was just a loose connection. My mechanic sorted everything out and was also able to code it to where the DRLs are off. Very pleased with the new look now

If you don’t mind me asking, could I get a link to these? also I noticed your footer talks about running your x5 til it gives, any reason? I’m at 170k miles on my 3.0 right now and have nada an engine issue.
