So what happens to the "donor" car after you've stripped the kit?

Not sure yet. It has tranny problem: won't shift into 5th and will trigger "Trans Failsafe Mode" if you let it. I had to drive it in manual mode and keep it in 4th, when I brought it home.

I think that is what they are. I haven't put actual eyes on it since Monday. Those are just temp wheels while the others are out getting powdercoated in 'porsche silver' or something like that. I like smoke grey and black wheels on the right car, but I think Lemans and the silver bits on a 4.8is lends itself to the stock color.

It's a Remus exhaust. Yeah...best tips on any aftermarket exhausts that I've found :D It filled almost the entire opening, better than that of the 4.4 OE exhaust :wow: I had people stopped and knocked on my door asking about it. I even had one guy followed me home just to get more info on it, which was somewhat scary and creepy

Fall clean up.

Wash, dry, condition plastic/rubber, polish bare aluminium wheel lips, wheelwells, windows, vacuum, condition interior plastic/leather........8 hrs of work.

Had a neighbor tell me it looks better then a +12yr/+200k mile vehicle should.
