How do you clean your leather

I have that Ivory or white interior and the rear seat puts the front seats to shame.

I tried soap and water and it was a pain.

Which product do you use to easily lift the dirt embedded in the seat so it comes back close to new?

As far as I know, never ever soap and water again.

That tends to dry the leather.

Clean Leather

Use a clean microfiber cloth with JUST WATER and rub as much of the staining off as you can. Then use "Saddle Soap" to finish the cleaning process. After that smear "Bag Balm" over the entire surface of the seats and allow to soak overnight (Longer is better) and buff off with a new clean microfiber cloth.

Try a better leather cleaner like zymol or lexol and a horsebristle brush. Make sure you treat the leather after with some sort of quality product.

I use lexol leather cleaner. If they are really bad use leatherique.

Never use soap

Ive heard good things about leatherique too, however not sure if you'll find that in stores. Lexol you can get at a walmart or auto store.

I am pretty sure you have to order Leatherique. My friend swears by that stuff.

Didn't I read somewhere that conditioner is bs for our leather?

I had a really hard time also dealing with the white cream interior which if you can handle the upkeep is definitely a beautiful interior. I tried so many different cleaners/conditioners even a steam cleaner. I finally stumbled on Griot's Garage 10994 Leather Care Spray - 22 oz.off amazon for 10.99 which worked wonders for me. After doing half the interior and realizing how much effort it would take to do the front half I bought Cyclo (76-810x2-2PK) Shampoo Brush with Gray Flagged Ultra-Soft Bristles off of amazon and attached it to my porter cable. Seats look close to new now.

I use Bowden's Own Leather Love to clean & condition & then their Leather Guard to protect it.
Our leather is coated so traditional saddle soaps etc can damage the leather but it still needs care & treating you just need to find the right products.
