Yeah! luckily we don't have emissions here. What RB said is correct. If I had to pass emission readiness, I'd flash back to a US tune and play with the 02 sensors. RB, It actually doesn't smell much at all. Seems like it could pass a sniffer test... probably not. But, maybe... Did some research, and it looks like the shark wont be compatible. I'll need to confirm it. If I go the shark route, I'll flash back to US and play around with some spark plug non-fouler's

One small caveat, you will have to jumper a wire in the cluster. I'm fuzzy on details, but there is an mil check as well when they do a readiness test, and there is an easy work around. A Google search would give you details. |
I guess I need studs too:)

Hey thanks guys.
I think Im gonna try mechanical cat simulators and disconnect the sap from the manifold, but leave it operational. I still have to go through smog and if they see anything they're going to flag my car meaning under the hood inspections from here on out which I don't need. I am courious as to how many readiness faults Oregon allows..... The kicker here is that only Portland metro requires a smog check. If I just moved out a lil further I wouldn't have this delima. But hey, makes it fun right? |
