Last one I swear... (fingers crossed)

Picked up a clean, low mileage E38

2001 740IL Schwartz 2/Sandbeige w/Security glazing and original Style 70's w/runflats. But looks much better with MPars imo

6 Speed conversion?

Nice sedan. Truly the best 7 series vehicle ever produced by BMW

If you are trying to get away from owning BMWs, "Last one I swear... (fingers crossed)", avoid the E38s & E39s (in excellent condition especially).

These are some of the best BMW sedans ever produced.

This is like someone who enjoys scotch saying this glass of 35yr old Glenmorangie single malt (1981) will be my last drink.

Buy late model BMWs to quit the brand.

That's gorgeous. My first BMW was an '01 740il Sport - completely hooked me on the brand and that late-90s to mid-00s range.

Funny enough, when I picked up my 4.8is I traded the old 4.4 for a 750il that looks almost exactly like yours - black on black with MPars.

Getrag 420g is what I say.

I want badly to do that swap.

It also occurred to me that the E53 4.4l AWD oil pan would fit on there.
