Mine is one of the last 2004 model year cars. However I’m curious as to how it’s Estoril blue as it was only offered for half the model year??

Any info on color numbers? Still wondering why my late build '04 is the color it is considering it was only available early on in 4.8iS production.

I've had a hard time tracking down production numbers by color. Attached is what I could find for all X chassis 03-06. I'm sure it's somewhere buried on the web. I've seen a database before but you'd have to pivot out the 4.8iS then by color.

Looks like 4.8iS started sales in US around April 2004, so almost half way through the year. So yours being an August build doesn't surprise me as one being an Estoril. Just consider yourself lucky to have one in that color :)

Also, not sure why the picture of the registry is so blurry. I'll probably move it to google drive link since it's starting to be fairly large now.
