I quest in a worst case scenario just have the last 7 vin digits for a BMW VIN Individual vehicle so that you can order the mats. With Euroactive you do not have to go through all that.

It's too bad that you can run into people (that work at the parts counter) that can't think around the scenarios we've both eluded to. So anyone interested in doing this...be prepared to use either method in case you run into a roadblock. :)
As you mentioned...there will be some counter personnel that can only think/act within the lines and if you don't have an Individual e53...nothing can progress further. But then you may get lucky and get a person that can "think outside the box" and figure out how to input the needed data for the mat color & border color etc. and still order these floor mats for a non Individual e53. |
