They also use IGO mapping software. Try searching the web for EONON map software.

I managed to find the path to where the mapping software was, and it is indeed IGO

The path is
\StorageCard\IGO8\iG)8.exe

With that being said, is it simply a case of buying an SD card and then searching for IGO mapping software online and downloading it to the card?

Cheers again everyone for your help with this.

For my aftermarket radio IGO was there by default as well, but I do not like IGO! I uninstalled it! U have to download navi directly in to your radio from Google play market! I am not sure u will install IGO from sdcard to your device! U still have old igo folders just delete them! Share internet from your phone download any free navi from google market and drive:) for me best is sygic

Jesus mate! Absolutely no need to be like that!! This is the first radio of this type I've ever had, so no clue how it works, hence the questions.

Helpful comments are greatly appreciated, but others.. well, not so much!

For example, download it might sound obvious to you, but onto what, and with what exactly???? it looks nothing like the Android system in my phone, it's only through this site I've learnt that some systems are Android. To me its a radio, with Bluetooth etc and navigation which doesn't work because there is no sd card.

Which is why I thought initially all I had to do was buy an sd card with navigation on it and pop it in the slot.

If this is something you can help me with, that's awesome and I thank you. If it isn't, that's also fine, but don't just assume that everyone knows how these systems work and get exasperated when questions are asked!

I have 4 screens in total, would it help if I take a photo of all 4 so you know exactly what I'm working with?

That unit is like a mobile phone nothing complicated...if it doesn't have internet option...it is crap! Have u mobile I think u have! No question about that unit u have, but about way of thinking...! U can go to settings and check everything what it has inside and so on! Don't u c the apps on the screen or it has only radio?
