Enter the radio menu with the code 126 and select Europe. But it does not work.
The radio makes noise but can not find a station. I do not know what to do anymore. Help.

Was the old radio a navigation radio or the mid led radio?

jabata 12-01-2017 10:22 AM

Radio navigacion sin dsp.

When you installed the radio there should of been an antenna connector in the dash to connect and a connector in the hatch area to connect. Did you connect both ends?

I have to leave now but will be back in a few hours.

Radio is connected to internet. Will check in AM to see if it is activated.

There are three dots in the App on the upper right side of the screen.

When you press these dots you will be presented with an "Unlock" text. click the text to go to the Unlock function.

Also, UNLOCK can be reached in the main menu on the left of the screen. It has a separate UNLOCK text line to enter the unlock screen. Once in the unlock screen press the button while you have internet connection. This will have the app confirm your VIN is authorized for what you purchased.

I just got home from work, and I can not stop thinking why it does not tune in to my seicane stations. The seicane antenna is connected from the radio to the old oem antenna cable. I do not know what to do.

Got power to the diversity reception unit in the back? The X5 has "active aerials "that need power.... you'll have to check the wiring diagram for your exact car...

Ufff, I do not know where to start. Any idea how to do it?, thank you very much

Unzip it onto an usb drive.

Put the usb drive in a port on the radio.

Run the file browser app if it doesn't pop up on its own.

Then double tap the app and follow the directions.

Also the howto for that with pictures of every step is here :
