EHC Height Level Sensor

3 Attachment(s)
Re-affirmed my driver rear height sensor is in need of changing via INPA:

Attachment 73080

And also in DIS:

Attachment 73081
Attachment 73082

Not sure why the driver side still pumps back up or how it is choosing it's ride height with a faulty height sensor?

Got a replacement height sensor right here. Should be ezpz replacement right? Should it automatically start working or do I need to clear faults and/or set ride heights via INPA/DIS?

Can one make adjustments "on the fly" even while driving?

Should be ezpz... install it, start it up and cycle it up and down once and you should be all set!

Cool. I haven't done this before so which option in INPA/DIS "cycles" the bags?

Just use the buttons on your dashboard.. DIS shouldn't be needed for it. although I would still verify that the sensor is working correct after installation. never know, it could be a wire or connector that failed.

I have no EHC buttons on my dashboard. Are you saying the code should clear itself? And I should not need to calibrate?

My bad... I thought you had ECHII as I do.

The code should clear up upon ignition. If it does not, you can clear codes in the ECH using DIS / INPA. I don't see why you would need to re-set right height, but you can always verify that it is all setup right with a tape measure ( make sure you pre-load with the appropriate weights in the passenger area.

Oh good call I had not thought about that probably why I have slight difference in height between sides.
