OEM Speakers... Busted
 

Hey guys, seen a number of aftermarket install threads, but the built in system sounds pretty darn good... I've got a few of them which are blown... considering replacing them.

Have one of the door panels off and was looking at the speakers, 2OHM on the Sub, 8OHM on the Tweeters... can you get away with matching the OHM/Wattage of the speakers or do you have to replace them with OEM if you don't do the BMW Hi-Fi Amp bypass?

Anyone have any speakers for sale? LOL

There is an extensive thread on speaker replacements and results people have experienced.

I love the sound results of the speaker changes that I made as a result of that thread.
