if your dog was chewing on the cord then i guess that might explain a short in the power to the OBD port and since that is connected on the same fuse circuit as the GM3 then there you go.

but your first post didn't mention anything about a dog chewing on the cord, it just said you went to clear a code and something went wrong and now you had all those issues lol
