I think the bill for the solenoids, seals, filter, gasket, fluid and sleeve was about $500 on FCP Euro. We used Valvoline MaxLife (red jug) which several others here have had success with (this was purchased at Walmart). I think the ZF fluid is four or five times more expensive. On the solenoids, I would do them all.

This is not a job I would tackle on my own, but I'm nowhere near as adept as many on this board.
