What's the mechatronic Separator plate part number for 6HP26x X5 2004 November

What's the transmission mechatronic Separator plate part number for GA6HP26 trans on an X5 2004 November N62? I'm preparing for a transmission overhaul replacing the accumulator/damper in addition to the solenoids and other parts. I saw a post where a 2005 4.4 N62 has the B052 separator. https://www.thectsc.com/products/sep...-4-171-45.html

Thanks for any info!

Shouldn't the ID plate on the side of the trans aid in identifying the correct parts...?

OK, according to Sonnax the seperator plates are not specific to a particular trans model, so you may not know definitively until you open her up...

Trying to avoid decommissioning the vehicle while waiting for parts.

Unfortunately this is my understanding too. There is no 100% sure way to tell which separator plate you have before you take the mechatronics apart.

Here're results of my research. From the below awesome videos for mechatronic service on E53, 6HP26x 2004 separator plate code is B051 and for 2005-2006 it's B052. I'm planning to do valvebody overhaul and these videos are detailed:thumbup:.

Your 1068 020 018 transmission has the 1068 128 421 Mechatronic unit with the 052 intermediate sheet.

Wow, Phil, thank you so much for a conclusive verification without opening the transmission:thumbup:. This lines up with the build date of my 2004/11 which was sold as a 2005 X5 model year. I've placed an order for 052 intermediate sheet.
