Stupid question... but just to be sure, are either pins 2 or 5 connected to the charger side pin that is connected to the red wire? If not, move the charger side pin around to the right spot. Again, red to either 2 or 5 and brown to brown should get you charging. I'd doubt that it's a bad charger, not much there to go wrong.

The eject box is wired like this: Pin 1 Green Pin 2 Brown Pin 5 Red Pin 13 White Using the multimeter I can confirm that I get power at Pin 5 w/ Pin 2 ground. *sigh* :dunno: |

Thanks Peter. I'll try some other options before putting you through the trouble. The fact that I'm not the only one with the problem leads me to believe it's not a problem on my end, so to speak.
Hey Todd, do you still have your V600 and the snap in? |

So, you said you are pairing fine, in which case don't touch the green or white wires. That leaves you with brown and red. Brown is easy, attach it to ANY pin receptacle on the car side that is also brown - there should be two... just pick one, and move the pins on the eject box side to line up with it. Regarding the red wire on the eject box side.... Check the pin receptacles on the car side and find 12 volts... you should find at least 1. Again, line up the pin on the eject box side to line up with the appropriate pin receptacle on the car side. cjett |
