I've seen a couple of new E60 5-series with the M5 body styling (which is an accessory, btw), including the rims, M5 mirrors, and they look just like the new M5, except the quad exhausts. Now if someone is clever enough to replace the side gills and quad exhausts, you probably won't be able to tell.
My wife's boss has a 330i re-badged as M3 and I laugh so hard everytime I see it.
