What is wrong with these pictures?
I was at the dealer today when this dude rolled in. I had to get some pics. It won't take you sharp eyed guys and gals long before you see what's wrong. ;)
I saw the side badge and the orange indicator lenses all around and the lack of spoilers, not to mention the naked single exhausts and thought, hmmm, something is amiss. http://www.kevinsfreakyfriday.com/faux46-1.jpg http://www.kevinsfreakyfriday.com/faux46-2.jpg Why do people bother with this kind of deception? The only person they're fooling is themself. |
lemme see im seeing a 3.0 with a 4.8 badge. and the 20' wheels.. the guys trying to make it look like a 4.8 lmao

it's like vette coupe owners who put Z06 badges on the front fenders and glue fake brake cooling inlets ducts in front of the rear wheels....
morons. |
It's definately not unique to X5s; if anything I see very few if any X5s "faked" up like that. There's the M3-wannabe 330ci (right, no hood bulge or side gills, who you foolin?), the M5-wannabe 5-series (mostly e39......haven't seen a fake e60 M5 yet). And I'm sure we're too familar with the not-really type R Honda civics
