If you feel they must be fixed I'd fix them with someone trusted, and immediatly put on a clear bra as they WILL come again. |
BTW Chuby where did you get the cross drilled rotors?
|
I bought them from here http://www.importrp.com/home.php After I read this link discussion and went ahead purchase them. You need to becareful where you buy them from, because they are somesmade in China, Mexico etc... It causes to warp. After I put them on I realizedthe wheel get hot quick after it's at park.
My experience after purchased these cross drilled rotors I realized these rotors were plain one due to the vane is normal. Some Resalersexplained to me that these rotors were drilled by imported.... after the purchased the plain one from Brembo. Time is the only way I can find out these rotors are good or not. I put on 1200 miles drive from Ohio to Va, it was great. the brake was awesome though. No complaint at all. What best is when you are driving in the rain, water has no effect to these drilled rotor |
Hey Chubyball -
It's just the detailing fanatic in me talking. for someone who takes out the time to clay and wax the car. Hell, I sometime just like to throw on a sick coat of glaze and then wax on my Jet Black X5. The key to a detail IMO is depth. That depth can only be acheved before the final step (wax). So yes, my detail routine is pretty agressive when I go all out but it's also mental therapy for me. BTW, try using your claybar on your windows ! If you are using a sealant for wax, try putting that on your windows as well. U just might like the results. |

Excuse me if you already belong to these sites. Make sure not to use the clay abr on paint after you've used it on other surfaces... |
What if I am going to wash it, polish and wax again? I don't think that would hurt, Mr Wong.
