I've had problems with the Toyo's and wouldn't recommend them to anyone if not the price. My two fronts got REAL loud after just 5k miles. I got them replaced and they are doing the same thing after 1k miles. I guess I get what I paid for.

All they will cover ($) is the tire - "not responsible for consequential damages", a $10 term to say they only cover their product and none of the addititional damages to the car. - Anything more will require lawyers, time, and aggrevation, with most likely an unfavorable result.
