Replacing the fuel filter
Are there any write ups for this? I searched but can't find any. I'm sure, by now, people have been replacing their filters.

It's a bear! It is located in the right rear around the rear seat area but below the floor and you need to remove the whole underbody cover to get at it.

Did a search apparently book says at 100,000 mi. for frequency.

J, do you mean that those rivets holding the heat shield have to be replaced? is the filter behind the metal heat shield or just behind the plastic underbody? Do you have any more photos?

The filter is behing the plastic underbody, you´ll have to force it a little to take it out, and to cut the rivets you´ll have to use proper tools. J.Seven |
I have been reading recently that the dirty fuel filter may contribute to very rough idling first thing in the morning and stalling at first start-up of the day...have you had any of this?
