This board is a great place to find your X5. With so many members you are sure to find people here just about any month of the year that are looking to sell their X5 to upgrade to an E70 or something else. I'll be listing my 4.6 here first when I decide to sell. Good luck finding yours.

hmm...so where did you find the not so par X5 4.6is? so i'll stay away from it.

My search goes on...found a couple nice ones, but the trucks werent local and couldnt pull the trigger fast enough.

There seems to be a couple nice ones on ebay...and i'm currently looking at one from Carmax.

I found quite a bit...called a bunch and looks like the prices are all over the board...depends on how much you want to spend...i'm trying to spend the least.

There's a DINAN S3 for sale for $46k...i'd love to have that but the wife wont let me spend that much.

But I assure you that if you are particular it's not the vehicle for you. It sure did look good in the pictures, oh well - nothing ventured, nothing gained. The X5 isn't listed b/c they thought I was a done deal b/c I laid down a deposit on it. I'm sure it'll be back up shortly.

Yes, I have been following ebay for the past couple of months. I figured I'd pull the trigger on the X5 from West Chester, PA if this one fell through but they sold that one in about a day on ebay. You need to pull the trigger on these vehicles or you miss 'em.

I'd like a 4.6 w/ navigation - Silver/gray interior.

My patience will win me a nice one... I'd like to spend about 35-40k - I know they are out there. I guess I'll have to keep going to the auctions to find a good one.

Luxury Motors Chicago has a 2003 4.6is in Silver with 48K miles asking $33,895. Looks nice in the pictures. Good luck w/your search. Luxury Motors advertises in a lot of the car mags and I guess they have a pretty good rep. They carry a wide variety of highline cars in multiple dealers in Chicago and Las Vegas

Well here's the color combos we want prefer.

Red/Black
Black/Black
Silver Black
Estoril/Black

Initially i was short listing cars to only NAVs and Tow package, but now i'm less picky. The wife hates the wood trim, so its the alum trim.
Think that's about it...no preference to leather or alcantara seats.

Are you talking about the silver one at done direct with the dinan goodies? I almost bought that but they sold it too soon.

Yes, I was talking about the one from Done Direct - funny thing is it would have been perfect for what we were looking for... I have friends that live in west chester, pa. I wish I didn't put the money down on the one here in Savannah b/c I would have hit the "but it now" - oh well. The hunt continues for us.

Here's what will most likely happen - we'll both find one that's "okay" and the next week a bundle of them will come up for sale all in great condition! lol - I'm not too worried, time will bring us both stellar vehicles...
