Wow, definitely worth the $$, in fact once our 6 mth. winter season is up, I'll be doing the same ....How about the H/L washers, are those functional too?

Very nice upgrades, I loved the Blue, for some reason it just works great on the X's. I ended up opting for the Silver but only because I got it at a really good price.

They should be functional if he had them on the 01; mine remained functional when I did the face-lift on my 02x.

Yes they are functional, I had them before the facelift too.
