Also before I go on. You have been back to this board twice since then. So please don't lie about that. They have ways to know when you were back.

Here is what I had to say in private but you put this out in the public section.

First off - I did leave you messages and you have a cell phone so you have caller ID. I left you a message at 10:00pm and then again the next morning and then again that afternoon but I didn't leave another message at that time. If you couldn't see that you had three missed calls then you didn't pay attention to someone you had no problem picking up the phone every time I called previous to that. Also how many times does someone need to call and leave two message before you to return the calls? Also how many people do you know with a 404 area code? Furthermore you had twice come on this board and once asked on how you could remove your profile on this forum. And twice(since you been on this board) you failed to answer my posts or PM's. So please don't lie to me about that. You ignored the situation and now you want to try to FIX the situation when I already had my credit card company refund me the money. You knew what you were selling and I will not apologize for your blatant lie. I paid you in good faith and without question. I kept in touch with you when I made the payment and made sure you received it in a timely fashion. You also didn't ship out until Saturday when you said it was ready to ship at any time. I paid you on Tuesday. I didn't give you a hard time about that. Now you want me to send you the items back before you send me my money? Are you kidding me? Show me your good faith and I will send the items back when I get my refund. How does that sound? I am sure you don't like but who has more to prove about thier integrity and honesty? You or me?

I will post something like on the forums because you LIED about what you were selling. Please don't try to plead ignorance because I have spoken to you enough to know you know aftermarket parts, BMW parts and colors of BMW. Titanium is a bread and butter color for BMW. You work for BMW and therefore you have knowledge of what Trim you were selling. I will make no apologies for my post because you were not forthcoming in your sales post and your LACK of responses to make it right. If you read my post then you would see that I gave you a chance to step up and you still failed. Then people posted how you have been on this board twice since then and you still didn't reply. You also have my PM's in which you have my cell phone number don't you? Or did you happen to delete them?

I will contact my credit card company and see how they want me to handle it since I don't trust you in refunding my money without product. And they have already issued credit on my account.

I hope they haven't gone on to pursue this with your paypal account. If they tell me to let them handle it then I will do so."

P.S... I will not ship you anything back before refund!!! I paid you before the item was shipped. If my credit card company allows me to take your refund after issuing me the credit then I will proceed with caution.
