Heated Seats Cost?
 

Hey All,

Have many members here installed aftermarket seat heaters for the front seats? I talked to my local dealer and the price they've quoted was $850 for the entire job. Is this a reasonable price? There aren't too many local upholstery shops that I would trust to mess with my X5. Any idea of what you paid for your install or suggestions are welcome. Thanks.:D

recently there have been some members who are trying to retrofit heated seats. one member, i forget whom (sorry), had a good option. it was slipped in underneath the seat bottom with a round toggle switch the size of the lumbar control button. if you don't have lumbar support, it would be a great place to place the switch...
