Heated Seats Cost?
Have many members here installed aftermarket seat heaters for the front seats? I talked to my local dealer and the price they've quoted was $850 for the entire job. Is this a reasonable price? There aren't too many local upholstery shops that I would trust to mess with my X5. Any idea of what you paid for your install or suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

recently there have been some members who are trying to retrofit heated seats. one member, i forget whom (sorry), had a good option. it was slipped in underneath the seat bottom with a round toggle switch the size of the lumbar control button. if you don't have lumbar support, it would be a great place to place the switch...
