Diplomatic Plate/number
 

Guys, just to explain the subject would like to tell u following, in our country all Diplomatic Plate Numbers are colored in red... and all these cars are untouchable by anyone...So look below what i have done ;) just colored with special red spray the lights above the plate number...have a look and let me know if u like it...sometime its remind me the Red Lights Street in Amsterdam :)))

X5 is untachable in Amsterdam as well...as diplomatic car in AZ...
