Guys, just to explain the subject would like to tell u following, in our country all Diplomatic Plate Numbers are colored in red... and all these cars are untouchable by anyone...So look below what i have done just colored with special red spray the lights above the plate number...have a look and let me know if u like it...sometime its remind me the Red Lights Street in Amsterdam ))

X5 is untachable in Amsterdam as well...as diplomatic car in AZ...
there are NOT many people own X5s in NE Gas price is impressive ..
high rank gangs ,crucks and other bad people !
Oh yes some of the govrement members can offord it too.

Hey, Davud I have very good friend of mine in Baku, his father was main architect of Baku. He used to drive 750i back in 90's.
