thanks for the help, truly good people here

Ok,

Yes, it shakes and wobbles the whole car. I can feel it under my seat. There is no miss from the engine. I do not drive in dusty environment.

It clears up after two minutes that I drive it. For example, when I pu tit in drive and go to the next stop light, it does not wobble.

sounds like a weird problem to me? maybe check with a local shop? They might have a better idea. This one is hard to diagnose without seeing it.

POSTED QUESTION WITH VACUUM TUBE

I was thinking of sifoning some injector cleaner in the engine. do you where a vacuum tube is that I can use?

Might try a code read anyway and check for any recent codes
that were lit before. Also, what plugs did you put in. Yeah I know it
would shake all the time, but just curious...

If it is rough starting and then "smoothing out" then the engine is not running as it is supposed to. That may not be a "miss" but it is deffinately not running right. I had the exact same shaking symptom when my seperator and ICV messed up my fuel trims. Wife said "the car is shaking!" and it was because it was leaning out so badly it was about to stall at idle.

This is spark or fuel at idle. Did you by chance make sure the plugs are not loose, and that all your ignition wires are tight and the grounds to the coils are tight and clean?

spark or fuel

Hi,

I just added dielectric grease to the coils, connections and ground this weekend. It started afterwards like a charm. Though it was already warm.

Though, the fuel trim issue I have yet to see. Is there a way to test?

As I was saying, I was going to add some fuel injector cleaner through the intake. Just a trial. Would you know of where I can pass it through, vacuum tube?

klnteg 08-14-2007 10:25 AM

Injector cleaner might not help but, throttle body cleaner might. Someone just posted a how to not long ago about cleaning intake mainfold/ throttle body.

I do not. I have not seafoamed this car before. Your fuel trims you would have to have a scanner to read.

Double check all the connections you messed with when you greased. I bet something is loose. If it started right that time, maybe something just worked its way loose and you aren't grounded right or something.
