some punk keyed me before a friend of mine works at a body shop and helped me out but the kid who keyed me wasnt unpunished because he bragged about it at school anyway hope everything works out!

Damage was roughly estimated @ $1700-2200 and since I got $1000 deductable I'll try to get a high quote from local stealership this way I could bring up some real numbers to the table when insurance gets to price it

Mine was keyed on the passengers door while at the mall , took it to a body shop to see if they could just buff out . No such luck the guy was like " i would have to paint the door and try to blend the paint to the fender and the rear door ...---800 $..:yikes: :yikes: ., thats right my deductible was 1000 $ not worth it !!!!!!!!

..and good luck ever getting the paint to match properly on a single panel blend! For you guys in NOVA/DC/MD at least you can take your ride to Wagonworks and they'll get 'er fixed up good as new.

But GAWD, there are some awful body shops out there (Abra Auto Body and Glass, <cough cough>)...

Tomaz - I know your pain. A few weeks ago my ride was keyed after a Phillies baseball game. It really sucks - this was the 2nd time she was keyed. Why do it for goodness sakes? Hope that when those punks get older it happens to them too...
