That said, we have a very limited supply of these - if you choose to order on our site or Jlevi's it's up to you.

Let me answer some of the questions and then again, disappear;)

1) We have one set available for shipping IMMEDIATELY. It's the first and only one of its kind. If you order today, it's 48 hours for us to build it and ship it. We must modify the light.

2) They have auto-leveling motors, all of them.

3) They are all clear, euro style lights.

4) They have built in CCFL based Predator Chromium style rings.

5) I apologize, I was not aware that there was a MY2000 X5, it will fit the same as the MY 01-03 listed.

6) The advantage of these over the existing ugly pitted sanded lights is...;)
6a) The advantage of these over having to bake, pry open, glue, fit, adjust the angel eyes that are non-integrated is...;)
6b) the advantage of these over having to go find someone qualified to install instead of just doing a plug and play slide in and slide out install is...;)

7) These are the ONLY ones that are literally factory reproductions. They are so close that all the same points of entry are on these as they are on the OE ones. The only difference is the integrated angel eyes and no inner refractory glass (unnecessary).

8) They will work with H7 bulbs.

QUESTION: Will these headlights accept standard D2S bulbs if installed on an X5 with factory xenons?

Projector 53's (P53's)?

I own a e46 with P46's and love the looks I get from folks time to time.

I have been on the fence on what to do with MY2003 until I just saw this post. Looks very enticing but I need some clarrity on this. If this is plug and play then this is definately something I will get for my X!

Is this just both housings with the AE's and auto-leveling motors (xenon and high beam?). If I purchased this, would I need to use my existing ballasts and DS2 bulbs? I assume this would also come with the relay to hook up the AE's? The price shows $399 for the housings and $179for the AE's. Would this be it for the total costs? Also, what is the Predator Xenix High Beams for $29.

Would I also need to purchase silver turn signal bulbs? Will I get any errors since my high beams also auto-level and the these don't? Is there any additional transplanting of equipment from my OEM Xenons to these (Projector 53's?). =)

Can't wait to see some PICS with the AE's on!

i don't like them, for some reason they look cheap. I prefer the OEM with waffle removed. For me it was worth it to buy a spare set of 2001 and bake them open and install my own rings i guess. Especially for resale value

Would love to see these installed on an X. Hopefully they come out nice!! Good thing i didn't drop $250 on some used xenons off ebay, then open them up to add AEs and remove the waffles. This looks way better than removing waffles IMO.

They look pretty good and I think they will have the same general appearance as OEM/clear/AE's.... but we'll see in due time (I hope)

Your headlights look good zero. Yeah hopefully they don't look tacky... But they'll definitely give it a newer look. Plus compared to the removed waffles and clear corner mod to stock headlights, now the high beam pattern will be better focused and the clear turn signal will look cleaner. But who knows, we'll have to see the final product installed.

These look really good to me. The plus is the lens for the high bean and turn signals instead of the bare bulbs. I have led turn signals and without the waffle, it just looks like a bright led circle instead of forming some kind of shape when they're on, hopefully the lens will make it look a lot better.

Questions:

1/ is it in BLACK HOUSE? if not, can you offer?

2/ Is yr package including Xenon High beam, and HID Low Beam, both in 6000K? if not, can you offer?

3/ Is yr light set for Right Side Driver ?

4/ Is yr light set automatically retrofit into E53 to hv all functions same as oem, such as AUTO ON/OFF and AUTO LEVELLING functions

Txlee 10-28-2007 02:26 AM

5/ What is the style of the corner light? is it in white corner light and stylish like as a facelifted E53?
