Trading E53 for an 05 330ci

Just wanted to get your opinion on this move. I've been having issues lately with my E53 3.0 with 41,700 miles and was thinking of trading it for a 2005 330ci complete with everything inside and out (except for NAV) with an extended service warranty up to 100k miles, CPO warranty, currently 21k miles and warranty on tires as well. Color is silver with black interior and carbon fiber trim, style 135 wheels, M sport body kit and averages 20 city and 30 highway. Here's a pic of the exterior:

in as much as I love my E53, I think I've been racking up the miles and feel like I need a change.

Maybe I am wrong, but doesn't CPO just cover engine and transmission?

that looks like it has the CHP package which included such things as the body kit, different wheels, different camshafts and exhaust for slightly more hp/tq than a stock 330, different interior (alcantera) and gauges etc. etc. If it is a ZHP, don't call it a 330! Slightly insulting your could be car :)

Yes it does but this one has a separate service coverage up to 100K according to my sales person. The old owner must have purchased this separately and is simply passing it on. I'll verify this before taking delivery.

My E53 is also a CPO, it covers engine, transmission, suspension parts excepts struts, it covered my window regulator replacement, CV boots, MAF sensors replacements and engine wiring harness.

I think you're right Mitch. It has 10+ more horsepower than the 330i and more torque than stock. I think its the 330 cic with ZHP package

Thanks Wagner. I'm taking it for a spin at 9:15 tomorrow and hopefully come home with it. Darn ML crisis at 41:rofl:

DOH! I meant ZHP lol. Yes, that's a pretty coveted package in my book and the sedan ZHP was the closest thing you could get to an E46M3 4-door. Two doors looks downright sweet and I'd say you've got a decent trade going there :) Well, unless you need the SAV for things like going off-road or towing. Then it's not a good trade.
