Eibach made springs for X5 too, but heard they stopped (correct me if I'm wrong).
difference between H&R springs and Eibach springs are,
(don't know if you have rear air suspension or not but since I have air suspension it's based on my experience.)

Ride quality : H&R is stiffer than Eibach
Lowering : almost same but H&R is slightly lower than Eibach
End links : H&R provides 2 end links, but Eibach doesn't come with endlinks (you need to go dealer to lower the rear by DIS computer)

let me know if you have any more questions.

Do the exhaust. No matter how you do it, the end result is going to be less than idea because you can't change the rear air springs.

I agree with you.

but the reason I wanted to try ACS suspension kit was, ACS provides Shock Absorber Rear Axles.

I'm not sure you'll notice any difference between the two.

PS: I've always said you have the best-looking X5 (E53) in the biz and my opinion still stands today.

Did the Eisie drone? I had one for a while on my M3 and it droned a lot at hwy speeds.
What about a Dinan exhaust, a buddy of mine has this set up on his M6 and it sounds great with no drone.

IMO, you might get more actual use out the suspension, but the problem is, it sill might not be what you are looking for as others have mentioned, and there is nothing worse then spending big $$$ on a mod and not be satisfied.
Good luck.
