That's too bad! My work is literally within minutes from them and actually made an appointment to have some warranty work to be done on my X but didn't show up.

Good thing I didn't!

I have been going to New Century BMW in ALhambra since July. Never used another BMW dealer other than these guys.

They treat you very well, professional and seem to have solid people there. Never have i been treated less than professional, and I didnt even buy my BMW there.

So far I've been thrilled.

Yeah - Santa Monica deosnt even know how to follow directions. I made my own sign that says "DO NOT WASH AFTER SERVICE!!"......she's soaking when I get her back.

Thanks for all the great info, I am glad I read about Santa Monica having a bad reputation. Sounds like it is either Beverly Hills or South Bay for me! Do they all just refer you to a rental car agency as far as loaners go, or do any of them have their own loaner vehicles?

don't know about SB, but BH has their own if there are cars available, otherwise they refer you to a rental agency. I've heard that they normally only have rentals for those that bought from them, but you can always ask. Depending on how long your car is out, bringing a token of appreciation might help persuade them to give you a loaner.
