I'm not sure - what is comfort seats? The seats are electrical, I have memory storing option and everything. The only thing is that the headrest isn't electrical but manual. :rofl: Did that answer your question?

I am confused now, i have confort seats and the headrests are electrical, and i dont think that you can replace them with the aftermarket headrest.
