Just out of curiousity, and sorry for the detour, how to you assure yourself that it really is legit before you send over $1000?

I paid using eBay's PayPal service using a credit card. Between the two of them you have pretty good fraudulant protection. I also pay close attention to the buyer's feedback and transaction history.

i am an ebay myself and doing it for years, we normally can tell if its legit and check on the feedback and make sure we are protected. There are certain criteris that we consider before bidding. I have bought and paid more than $1000 in a transaction without any problems.

question for you, how is the tire size relative to OEM? will your speedo be off by a few mph after the upgrade?

Brad, I realize you are "new here", but you can't be new to the world...

In post #14, in this thread,by the OP, it clearly shows the link to
where and how much MrUCrew paid for the set:

"You probably don't want to know, as finding a deal like this is going to be hard to come by.
Open this link at your own risk - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...216784092&rd=1 "

Hit the link and you will see the answer to your question...

Rolling diameter of the tires is virtually the same, so any change in the speedo isn't that significant.

And by OEM I assume you meant the rims/tire setup that originally came with the vehicle, as these are OEM rims that originally came on a 2008 E70.
