Updated E53 with new E70 Style 214's
 

I got a smoking deal on a set of OEM Style 214's with Dunlop run-flat tires. These were take-offs from a new X5 and have less than 50 miles on the set. Rims are flawless.

Using a set of Hub Centric Rings to covert the hub from 72.56 to74.1, these mounted up perfectly. The ride and performance of the Dunlop's so far is amazing. Awesome upgrade!!

I also hauled the jet skis from winter storage at my folks house in Ohio back up to Michigan today. Let spring begin :thumbup:

Which wheels did you have on before?

I had 19" Y-spokes for my summer tires (sold them to cbaX5 - http://www.xoutpost.com/x5-e53-forum/...ifference.html). I still have 18" Style 69's for my winter setup.

The e53's have a hub size of 72.56 mm and the e70's have a hub size of 74.1. In order to ensure that the rim is centered properly on the hub, you use a set of hub centric rings to convert from the smaller size to the larger size.
