4.8is Tires

Just realized my rear tires are shot an need to be replaced.

The Diamari's are on national backorder and I can't seem to get a pair.

Does anyone recommend anything better than the Diamaris? If so maybe I will just change out the entire set at one time.

Thanks.

Do a search on Toyo Proxies, people seem to like them.

Also the Yokohama Advans

Toyo Proxes S/T. It's a great all around tire and VERY sticky. =)

go Advans!!

Advans are great, but they are summer tires. The Toyo S/T's are all season. You may have a winter setup and this may not be an issue for you. I personally have the Toyo's and have been very happy so far with about 12k on them.

I just put a set of 20's on my 4.8. I have about 2K miles on them and think they work just fine, no noise and good handling. I think the Toyo's make some noise?

I just installed the Advans on my 4.8is about 2 weeks ago. Have only put ~200 mi on them but so far so good!

Heard nothing but positive things about them, plus the fact no one could obtain the Michelins for an indefinite amount of time sealed the deal for me.
