Shoulda taken his license plate number!!! I ride a bike and sometimes i do cut in between cars to get ahead but i dont take chances i dont have to (anymore) cause i've two bad accidents and know how fast that quick ride on the bike can turn into a quick ride to the hospital!!!

Anyways that guy was/is a dumbass and shoulda been grateful that you let him live by moving out of your lane.... and the scratch thats gotta burn.

What is it about riding a motorcycle that makes some people feel they are invincible? I've never owned a motorcycle so I'm having a hard time understanding why these people do what they do.

I actually have taken down his number plate and made a note of the location/date and time.

Right now I am grappling with the notion of whether to report him beacause of the level of danger it posed to both of us...... or live and let live as his stupid mistake for the year (karma).

I can't say I haven't done anything stupid in my life, so I cannot throw stones, although I don't recall endangering others' lives......

Still thinking......

I believe I would report it. It might scare him into being more responisible with his bike and more importantly his life.

Unfortunately it may not be a case of live and let live because this idiot will eventually cause and accident and some innocent bystander will get hurt or killed. I say report him, not out of spite but to potentially prevent a future accident. Good Karma for all.

Cops prob wont do anything helpful but if the damage runs you up something nasty in the $$$$$ i say hit the sucker with a call to your insurance!

I cant be sure by the picture but...It looks like the wheel well can pushed back in...I dont know how the wheel is, but it does not look like it is scratched...just the brake dust removed.
