I once had a leak. I ended up changing one of those two little pumps motors. It had a crack.

I'm the other guy. Look, you've got to find the leak, not just replace parts. As I said earlier, wipe everything clean and then look for the source of the leak, then replace the leaking part.

well, it's not leaking now. it seems that it leaks when it's full and at certain level the leaking stops...

So now you know how high up the reservoir the leak is, or how much static pressure is required to cause a leak below the fluid level.

How did you know you had the leak. Wait...not a stupid question...I have a fluid leaking from the passengers side splash pan under my 2002 3.0l.
Its not oily, nor does it smell. It looks like slightly discoloured water. It is 4 degrees F here so its not frozen water...it stays liquid.
