Keep in mind you'll need an 18mm thin wrench to hold the back side of the link while you tighten the nut down. Bicycle shops carry them, they're called cone wrenches.

The funny thing is that we and jst2878 have the same taste in fine cars! The real funny thing would be if we were somehow related and meet up on X5World with the same problem just by chance!!! I'm lithuanian too! and my links are clunking also! :) at least im trying to find out if they are.. . blet!

Did you guys get this sorted in the end?did you need new link rods, or just lubing as weasel suggested to try or just tightening?
